Chu Tao is 'the way in which to get a monarch', i.e. the art of ruling. Just about every college of philosophy has its tao, its doctrine of just how in which lifestyle must be ordered. Lastly in a certain college of philosophy whose followers arrived to become named Taoists, tao intended 'the best way the universe operates'; and in the end one thin
